Kaluakoi Hotel and Golf course Foreclosed On By County Of Maui
See copy of foreclosure notice issued by Maui
County on August 8, 2001. Maui County claims that the Hotel & Golf course
owe them over $710,000 (Taxes & interest) thru August 31,2001. We
understand from talking to some of the ex-employees, that they may be owed as
much as $1,500,000 in vacation and severance pay. This may be only the tip
of the iceberg for the hotel and golf course.
